DELIVERY
We have three delivery options available for your employees to choose from: direct home delivery, delivery to an address of choice or collect in store. If not otherwise agreed, the delivery will be made to the delivery address you indicated.
PAYMENT TERMS
All invoices will be raised to the employer after dispatch of goods and are to be paid in full within 30 days unless agreed otherwise. Each package taken by the employee through Electric Bike Access will have an individual invoice raised to the employer. A 14-day cooling off period is offered to the employee in which time they can choose to return the package if they are not totally satisfied.
GENERAL PROVISIONS
TUNING OF ELECTRIC BIKES
Important: Please be aware that this bike is regulated in line with existing Electric Power Assisted Cycles regulations. Any modification to the bike will invalidate the guarantee and any modification which increases the power of the motor and/or the top assisted speed of the bike may make the rider liable to prosecution. Excluding statutory obligations Electric Bike Access will not be held responsible for any injuries incurred following any modification to this product.
LIABILITY
Electric Bike Access will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with: (i) use of, or inability to use, the site; or (ii) use of or reliance on any content displayed through the site. In particular, Electric Bike Access will not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; (b) business interruption; (c) loss of anticipated savings; (d) loss of business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; or (e) any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
